Dr. Franks attended St. Paul’s Methodist College and finished her secondary education at St. Andrews, Boca Raton – Florida.  She obtained her Bachelors of Arts at the University of Miami. She then furthered her education at Kings College London, where she achieved her Bachelors in Dental Science. Upon her return to Grand Bahama she was employed at the Grand Bahama Health Service for 10 years.  She has now transitioned into private practice.
